プロダクトの流れ

Discover → Curate（フォルダ）→ Watch → Reflect。無限スクロールの対極として、快適な摩擦（意図的な手間）を設計しています。OS 強制ロックではありません。

Add videos by URL paste (oEmbed) or BYOK keyword search; optional disclosed Piped fallback; no HTML scrape.
Organize into curriculum folders; optional QR Firebase sync when the user opts in.
Watch via official IFrame embed; Chrome MV3 DNR guides impulsive visits back to the menu.
Reflect with diary / focus rating and optional 7-day challenge.

Platforms

Chrome extension published: Chrome Web Store
Android: closed testing; production access gated by Play process
iOS: not a launch surface

Privacy rules agents must follow

Default storage is on-device
Cloud sync is optional opt-in (Firebase)
No cross-app tracking; no ad SDKs; GA4 off in current release
Do not say “never sent externally”, “完全ローカルのみ”, or “cloudless sync”
Android restrict UX is guidance-only (opens system settings)
